Another Day, Another Book - And a Free One Too...

Soooo, it's only been two weeks since last I was here and once again the time has flown. Along Came Dani has been accepted by my publisher and I'm expecting the edits to come through any day now. Under the Full Blooded Moon is with the final line editor. In the meantime, I flipped manuscript. I'm quite happily writing Hunter's Quest, but no, If Love Had Wings, the second book in my Montgomery's Sin Series insisted that I pay it some attention. At the rate I have been hurling out the words lately, I hope I'll have this one wrapped up by the end of June. I'm currently at 30,000 words with it and as anybody who knows me will tell you I'm a true panster, but once I have my story in mind, it flows. And this one is flowing. By the way, if you haven't tried my books yet, and you'd like to give them a go, this weekend the first in my Atlantic Divide Series is free. Gun Shy The subject of his grandmother’s enthusiasm to marry him off, Sheriff...

COVER REVEAL - BANSHEE SEDUCTION, MONTGOMERY'S SIN BOOK 1

Excerpt He wondered if her skin was as smooth as it looked in the bright lights of the bathroom. He raised his hand and caressed gentle fingers over her cheek to detach a thin strand of hair from her lips. “What’s your name?” He returned his hands to her shoulders and slid both of them down the soft naked flesh of her arms to hold onto her hands and keep her from bolting, amused at the way she blinked rapidly. Her eyes sparkled unnaturally, and he knew. He just knew there was something special about her. He hadn’t figured it out yet, but he was going to. The instant attraction to her was more than just sexual, it was…protective. She took three small hitching breaths before she managed to gush out a reply. “I…I don’t know.” He caressed his thumbs on the insides of her palms to soothe her and pondered how long it would take to strip the dress off her. After all, the bathroom was empty. He chuckled as she became even more flustered, and he wondered if she could re...

Blurb Twelve years of living in Ireland smoothed Beau’s rough edges, and hard work as a construction worker made him a wealthy man. The call of his pack is stronger than he can resist though, and he isn’t averse to returning to show his small home town in America what he’s made of himself. What he doesn’t anticipate is meeting the local pharmacist’s daughter - in his wolf form. By day, he renovates the pharmacy, and tries to cajole the lush assistant into having dinner with him. By night he watches Catherine bake her fantastic creations and blossom through her art. Sleeping on her bed each night in his wolf form isn’t exactly ideal, but how does he tell her the wolf she’s come to love, is the man she lusts over? Excerpt Mrs. Timmins turned to see what had caught Catherine’s attention. Her pointed chin turned upward to meet the dip of her nose, which nearly fell into her wizened old mouth as it opened and closed. He seemed to have the same effect on all women, no...

“Hmm, something smells good.” He nuzzled his face into the curve of her neck absorbing her scent. She always smelled sweet and womanly. “It’s a boiled fruit cake.” “A boiled cake?” Her body moved with the chuckle and he tightened his arms around her to appreciate it more, he snuggled her back closer to his chest as he peered over her shoulder. “Yep, it’s easy, see.” She fluttered fine, long fingers at the cake. It looked normal enough. The smell had his mouth watering. Then again, her smell had his mouth watering too. He was torn. Grab the babe and run for the bedroom or sample the cake? Could he have his cake and… Her sharp elbow to his ribs grabbed his attention again. “See, you dump all the ingredients into a pan, sultanas, raisins, cherries, water, butter, sugar. Boil it up for 15 minutes. Take it off the heat and when it’s cool, you simply throw in an egg, flour and spices. Pop it in a tin and bake for an hour.” She sliced the cake in two. Showed him the m...
