    I love summer and everything about it, even the heat! Nothing's better than a day at the beach, coming home to a still sunny day and firing up the grill. The smell of grilling food and a margarita after a day in the sun can't be beat :)

      I'm so hopeless in the real hot weather. I love it, but it doesn't love me and I burn so easily. Nothing better than sitting in the shade at the side of a pool smelling the grill and being handed a margarita :)

      Yes, the flowers here after the long wet winter are amazing, especially the daffodils right now, they cover the roadsides like carpets.

    I do love Spring. The dull, drab colors give way to green grass sprouting through the ground, flowers with their vibrant colors opening up to the sun and finally not having to bundle myself up to the gills just to run to the store. Thanks for being a part of the Hop.

      I live in Florida where the 2 season are super-hot and very hot....I think I'd like Fall a lot....

What comes first when I create a story? – Part 2   It’s a strange thing but when I write romance, no one ever asks me what my inspiration for writing the story is. The Perfect kiss for me has to be the first kiss. The very first time your lips meet. Its a testing time, a tasting time. If the taste is wrong, the kiss too wet, too sloppy, too eager then the romance dies. But if the kiss is perfect - it doesn't have to be slow and sensual, it can be desperate and hungry, but it has to be perfect, then the romance is allowed to blossom and grow. Excerpt “How about a good luck kiss for a brave soul?” She held still so long that he wondered if she was going to make him look foolish. He could feel his smile waver as he held his breath and waited for her to make a move. If she would only dip her head and place her lips on his cheek, it would be a huge step forward and would save him a ribbing from the boys.
